Refund policy

30 days to decide. If you don't love your PuzzlePerch, message us within 30 days of delivery and we will sort out a refund.

How to start. Send us a message with your order number. We reply within 1 to 2 business days and tell you how to send it back.

Damaged or faulty. Send a photo with your message and we will replace it or refund you.

Refunds. Refunds go back to your original payment method once the return is approved.
