Shipping policy

Where we ship. Worldwide. You can order from any country and we ship it to you.

Cost. Shipping is free in the US. For every other country the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. US orders usually arrive in 2 to 3 business days after that. International delivery takes longer and depends on the country. In December, order a few days early to be safe.

Tracking. You get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking can take 2 to 4 days to start updating. You can follow it on our track order page.

Customs. Orders shipped outside the US may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by your country, not by us.

Damaged in transit. If your table arrives damaged, message us with your order number and a photo and we will send a replacement or refund you.
